Japanese Dinner Party

This dinner for six is served at your home and will feature an authentic Japanese hot pot dish called shabu-shabu, dumplings, sushi and mochi along with plenty of beer and sake to drink. Shabu-shabu includes prime beef (or Wagyu if available), noodles, fresh shittake mushrooms, green onion, seaweed (konbu) and a varity of homemade sauces. Japanese-style dumplings are pan fried and served with a gently seasoned sesame-soy sauce. Your choice of sushi will be prepared on-site with fresh tuna sashimi or vegetarian rolls.
Authentic Japanese green tea will be served along with a variety of beer including Kirin and Sapporo. Premium sake will also be available.
We will provide all the cooking equipment, utensils and dishes. Travel in the Houston area is also included. If you are from California, we'll talk.
